The Ship & The Swell is a folk quartet founded in Rome, Italy by musicians from France, Venezuela, and the United States. Featuring an eclectic mix of stringed instruments, the group composes original songs influenced by musical genres from around the world. Since 2016, the band has performed widely in Rome and recorded two projects: Carnet de Voyage and The Pontine Sessions.
